School Campus Administrator

Ranges TEC is a unique Christian Schooling environment providing a hands-on learning to students in Years 10, 11 and 12. Ranges TEC is a campus of Mount Evelyn Christian School and is based in Lilydale.


We are seeking a full time Office Administrator who will ensure the smooth operation of the Reception and Office at Ranges TEC. The Administrator role will involve promotions, student enrolment, maintaining student records, answering telephone calls, preparing rosters, and providing administrative support to the Director in school related matters.


We are looking for a highly organised and efficient person with strong interpersonal skills, who can meet the requirements of the job description and personal attribute requirements, and can wholeheartedly join a team implementing a distinctively biblical approach to education.

About Us

Ranges TEC is a campus of Mount Evelyn Christian School and operates on sites in Lilydale and Monbulk. It caters for students wanting to study in practical, hands-on environments. Students study in small class groups focussing on integrated learning tasks that relate to the trade environments of Building and Construction, Horticulture, Furniture Making, Engineering and Hospitality. Ranges TEC offers pathways for Years 10, 11 and 12 students that in the vast majority of cases lead to apprenticeships upon graduation.
