Overview
Youth Mental Health First Aid provides skills in supporting mentally unwell youth until professional help can be accessed. Sadly this is a skill set which is becoming more and more important for those assisting youth as mental health issues affect an increasing number of our youth. This course will ground concepts about mental health in practice through relevant scenarios, discussions and video clips.
